Embed map parameters in URLs

In order to link to and share specific map views, the mapping parameters need to be embedded in the URLs. Parameters to include are:

• latitude, longitude
• zoom level
• rotation w.r.t. North
• mapped variable(s)
• date/time

The URL needs to change along with changing parameters on the map.
