For my project I want to mutate myself by harvesting my blood from a mosquito and then getting the DNA to make more using the pcr machine, and mutate it using various methods like a gene gun using radioactive tritium. Or I want to make a giant petri dish in the shape of a map of the world with multiple microorganisms being grown at random locations and see how they interact, possibly having one species take over the world. By creating an unconventional medium to grow with multiple microbes it will be a challenge to obtain and grow them all evenly while documenting their strategies for taking the available but limiting resources.
